how are you? i hope you are getting the motivation and self acceptance you deserve, and are deciding to treat your body right by exercising your way to good health!
anyway, to the title of the post, i want you to send me workouts to try - be my instructor and tell me what i should do for the day!
i don’t care how hard they are - the main point is that i’m trying a variety of exercises to basically have fun with my fitness. i’ve started exercising again, doing a lot of pilates, yoga, kick boxing and circuit work. got something else for me to try?
